Vivid Blooms Card #2: Gorgeous in White

Spellbinders | Vivid Expressions Release
01/12/2025

Hi everyone!

Yesterday and today, I’m featuring the new Spellbinders’ Vivid Blooms dies and the Sweeping Script BetterPress plates!

If you’re just stopping by, be sure to check out yesterday’s post which is a completely different (and super colorful) take on this incredibly versatile die set.

For today’s card, I decided to go with white.  I love the simple elegance of white flowers!  I paired mine today with just a bit of foliage to keep them from fading in to the background.

The sweeping script of the “hello”, along with the glittery flower centers and a white bow, all add to the elegance of this card.

I used the same process to make this card as I did for yesterday’s version, so if you are interested in a few more “how to” instructions, please be sure to check out that post!

I hope you’ve enjoyed these two cards and that you’ll consider both the Vivid Blooms dies and the Sweeping Script BetterPress plate for your next crafty project.

I hope you have a wonderfully creative day!

While I love the bright colors of your previous card, I especially love the elegance of the more CAS version. Great job of creating two very different cards with the same products!

I fell in love with card-making many years ago and I’ve been hooked on it ever since. I love trying out new techniques and finding the perfect color combination for whatever I’m creating.

By nature, I am an uber-organizer and a steadfast planner, but as you’ll see, my creations are much more fluid. And while I love color theory, the concept of lights and shadows, and the importance of depth and perspective – these are not things I worry about when it comes to my creations.

I simply find joy in creating and delight in sharing.

I hope that by sharing my cards and other art with you here on my blog I can inspire you to create something you love!
