Rainy days just got a whole lot cuter with these two playful cards featuring the Simon Says Stamp “Rain or Shine” release! I love how these little bears and frogs bring so much personality to a simple design. To bring them to life, I colored the images with Copic markers, adding shading and details for extra depth.
