Hi There

Waffle Flower Sneak Peak Club | Sneak Peak of February Release
01/25/2023

Hi everyone!

It’s time for a Sneak Peek into the Waffle Flower February Release! In case you may have missed it, Waffle Flower has a new Sneak Peek Club where they send you a few products that will be part of their next month’s release. If you join the Club, you get these products before anyone else!

Today, I’m sharing a card I made using one of the products from the Sneak Peek Club – this adorable Bunny Ears die set. OMGosh it is soooo cute! It’s super versatile too! For this card I made a simple “Hi” card that can fit any occasion (or just because), but you could easily make an Easter card, Spring card, or even a baby card! I mean, who doesn’t love cute bunny ears??

To make this card:

1. Use a stitched die to cut a panel for your card front.

2. Use the Peek-a-Boo square die to cut a window in the panel (you could use another stitched die for this – and you could do a circle, oval, or rectangle too).

3. Stamp and heat emboss your sentiment below the window in your panel.

4. Adhere a piece of patterned paper onto your card base so that it will show through the window.

5. Adhere your card front to your card base using foam adhesive.

6. Die cut the pieces for your bunny ears and ink blend them with the colors of your choice. The colors I used are in the Supply List below.

7. Use liquid glue to assemble your bunny ears.

8. Use foam adhesive and liquid glue to adhere your bunny ears over your window.

9. Add a few gems for some sparkle.

This is the first month for the Sneak Peeks. If you are like me and love to get the inside scoop on new products, be sure sign up now so you can get in on the March sneaks!

I hope you have a wonderfully creative day!

I fell in love with card-making many years ago and I’ve been hooked on it ever since. I love trying out new techniques and finding the perfect color combination for whatever I’m creating.

By nature, I am an uber-organizer and a steadfast planner, but as you’ll see, my creations are much more fluid. And while I love color theory, the concept of lights and shadows, and the importance of depth and perspective – these are not things I worry about when it comes to my creations.

I simply find joy in creating and delight in sharing.

I hope that by sharing my cards and other art with you here on my blog I can inspire you to create something you love!
