Today, I’m sharing a soft and elegant handmade card I made featuring the Doves In Flight die set that was part of Altenew’s February’s Creative Cuts kit (this is the subscription I bought myself for my birthday).
For this card, I wanted soft tones and a delicate feel. I paired one of the die-cut birds included in the die set with ink-blended lush florals for the background. I think the pastel tones give this card a peaceful, uplifting feel—perfect for sending a heartfelt greeting.
This card is a wonderful reminder of how simple elements—soft colors, thoughtful layering, and a touch of texture—can create something truly special.

This is absolutely gorgeous!! I saw your card in the Altenew Facebook Fan Group and had to come take a closer look because it’s FABULOUS! I have the Doves in Flight set and have paired it with the Cloudy Day embossing folder for a quick background, but I love how it looks with your florals!
