Hi everyone!
Today, I’m sharing a handmade card that combines both new and older Spellbinders products for a fresh, fun design. The sentiment comes from this month’s Spellbinders Stamp & Die of the Month, while the background features the Embossing Folder of the Month. For the focal point, I reached for an older Spellbinders die set, Botanical Solarium, to create the pitcher of flowers. I thought the flowers paired beautifully with the batik-like pattern in the embossing folder.

Bringing the Design Together
I started with the Embossing Folder of the Month, which adds a lovely textile-inspired texture to the background. To highlight the raised details, I softly blended white ink over the embossed design, giving it extra depth while keeping the look soft.

For the focal point, I die-cut several flowers and the pitcher from the Botanical Solarium die set. I love how the shapes of the leaves and delicate florals complement the embossed pattern. A bit of shading on the die-cut pieces helped bring them to life, making the arrangement feel more dimensional.

To finish the card, I added a simple stamped sentiment from the Stamp & Die of the Month and a few small embellishments for a touch of sparkle.
I always enjoy mixing older favorites with new supplies to give them fresh life! Do you like incorporating past dies into your newer projects? Let me know in the comments!
I hope you have a wonderfully creative day!
